Applicable scenarios for returnCases where the goods have quality defects, the specifications do not conform to the contract agreement, and have been confirmed by inspection.For damage to goods caused during transportation, logistics certificates and damage certificates must be provided.Statutory no-reason return scenarios in the target market (such as the 14-day no-reason return in the EU) require the goods to remain unused and the original packaging to be intact.Excluded scenarios: customized goods, perishable goods, goods that have been unpacked and affect secondary sales (except in cases where they comply with local legal exceptions).

Time Limit and Process for Return ApplicationsQuality issues / transportation damage: The buyer must submit a written return application within 7-15 working days after receiving the goods, accompanied by supporting documents such as photos of the goods and inspection reports.Statutory right of return without reason: Implemented in accordance with the legal requirements of the target market (e.g., 14 days in the EU, 7 days in South Korea), calculated from the day after the goods are signed for receipt.Review response: The seller shall complete the review within 3 working days after receiving the application and inform in writing whether the return is approved and the guidelines for subsequent operations.Return of goods: The buyer must transport the goods to the location designated by the seller within 30 days after the review is approved and retain complete logistics documents.

Division of Responsibilities and Cost BearingSeller’s responsibilities (quality/specification issues): Bear the return shipping costs, inspection fees, and tariffs, and be responsible for repairing, replacing the goods, or providing a full refund.Buyer’s responsibilities (personal reasons/beyond the time limit): Bear the return shipping costs and related taxes and fees on their own; the seller has the right to deduct reasonable storage and depreciation expenses.Transportation risks: The transfer of risks for return logistics shall be based on the delivery of the goods to the carrier. It is recommended that the buyer purchase return transportation insurance.

Inspection and Acceptance StandardsBoth parties agree to engage an independent third-party inspection agency for testing, with the inspection standards referring to the contract agreement or internationally accepted standards (such as ISO).The seller shall complete the acceptance within 5 working days after receiving the returned goods, and initiate the refund/replacement process after confirming that the status of the goods is consistent with the description in the application.If there is any objection to the inspection result, an application for a secondary inspection can be submitted within 3 working days. The fee shall be prepaid by the objecting party and ultimately borne by the responsible party.

  1. Refund and Follow-up HandlingRefund Timeframe: After the acceptance is passed, the seller shall complete the refund within 7-14 working days. The refund amount includes the full price of the goods and the statutory refundable freight.Replacement Rules: The replacement goods must meet the quality standards specified in the original contract and the certification requirements of the importing country (such as CE, FCC certifications). The seller shall assist in handling customs clearance procedures.Goods Disposal: Defective goods that cannot be repaired may be destroyed or disposed of at a reduced price through negotiation. Destruction must comply with environmental protection regulations.
