- Basic Shipping AgreementShipping Origin: Goods will be shipped from our designated warehouse located in Los Angeles, USA. The warehouse address shall be notified to the buyer in writing upon order confirmation.Delivery Timeframe: For standard delivery within the United States (including the mainland, Alaska, and Hawaii), the committed delivery time is 3-7 business days, starting from the time the goods are shipped out of the warehouse and handed over to the carrier.Transportation Method: Default to cooperative carriers that comply with the regulations of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Depending on the type of goods (such as large items, fragile items), land transportation, air transportation, or combined transportation modes can be selected.
2.Order Processing and Shipping RulesOrder Confirmation: Within 24 hours after the buyer places an order, we will complete the order review and inventory confirmation. Once confirmed, it is deemed that the preparation for shipment has started.Shipping Timeframe: After the review is approved and the payment is settled, the goods will be shipped out, packaged and reinforced, and handed over to the carrier within 2 working days.Prohibited and Restricted Items: It is prohibited to ship dangerous goods and contraband restricted by U.S. laws. The buyer must ensure that the goods comply with the relevant regulations of the destination state; oversized and overweight goods must be notified 3 working days in advance to arrange for special transportation.
3.Packaging and Cargo Compliance RequirementsPackaging Standards: Goods must be packaged in accordance with the general standards of the U.S. transportation industry to ensure they can withstand regular handling and stacking during transportation. Fragile items must be additionally provided with cushioning materials and marked with warning signs.Cargo Compliance: The buyer must ensure that the goods meet the entry requirements of the destination state (for example, electronic products require FCC certification, medical products require FDA filing). We are only responsible for shipping the goods as agreed and shall not bear the risks of customs clearance issues or seizure caused by non-compliant goods.Shipping Mark Requirements: Packages must be clearly marked with shipping marks, including consignee information, destination address, order number, number of pieces, and necessary warnings such as “Fragile” and “Moisture-Proof” to facilitate sorting and delivery by the carrier.
4.Delivery Range and Special Area Instructions
Core delivery areas: The contiguous United States (48 states) all support a 3-7 day delivery commitment. Remote areas (such as some rural regions) may experience delays of 1-2 working days.
Special areas: For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. protectorates (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc.), the delivery time is 4-8 working days, and the additional remote area surcharge incurred shall be borne by the buyer.

It is necessary to confirm the accessibility of the destination before placing an order.
6.Liability for Breach of Contract and Force MajeureDelayed shipment: If we fail to deliver the goods from the warehouse within the agreed time limit, we shall pay liquidated damages at 0.3% of the total value of the goods for each overdue working day, with the cumulative amount not exceeding 10%; if the delay exceeds 5 working days, the buyer has the right to cancel the order and request a refund.Delay in time limit: If the delivery is delayed due to the carrier’s reasons, we will assist the buyer in communicating with the carrier but shall not bear direct liability for compensation; if the delay is caused by our selection of an non-compliant carrier, we shall bear corresponding liability.Force Majeure: If shipment or delivery is hindered due to force majeure such as natural disasters, port closures, strikes, policy changes, etc., neither party shall bear liability for breach of contract. Both parties shall promptly notify each other and negotiate a solution.
